Pleasure is an essential nutrient, according to Dr. Christiane Northrup (I heard her speak last night) so I will name three things that give me pleasure.

one-burying my nose in a nasturtium and breathing in both the pepper and the sweet nectar of its fragrance--then taking a bite from one petal.

two-tracing my lovers lips, nose, cheeks, eyelids, brow with a nasturtium blossom, until every inch of his skin feels like the flesh of the flower, and then showing him how to eat its parts, the piquancy and the sweetness

three-sitting naked on the rock bench in my garden, surrounded with variegated nasturtium leaves and blossoms, the sun on my back, a breeze on my nipples, bees gently penetrating the flowers, looking for the sweet spot.
